Pilates Classes

These classes are suitable for beginners, for individuals not long on their Pilates journey or for individual just who haven’t practised Pilates for a while.

Pilates is a total body workout suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, mobility, muscle balance and co-ordination. It is also a wonderful complement to other forms of exercise you may be involved in.

The main concept of Pilates is strengthening and stabilising our ‘Powerhouse’ or the core of our body with emphasis on stretching and strengthening the entire body with movements initiating from our core.

Pilates is a holistic training method that develops our mind and body connection making it great for stress relief.
